Gianluca Zanna's dance catalogue reaches the Brazilian capital and now airs across four countries on the Cadena Dance network
ARIZONA — September 1, 2026 — Zanna Records announced today that founder and artist Gianluca Zanna has been added at Rádio JK 102.7 FM in Brasília — the label's first station in the Brazilian capital and Federal District — while its catalogue continues to air across four territories of the Latin American dance network Cadena Dance. The label's worldwide footprint now stands at 510 stations across 99 countries and six continents.
The song began with a trip that didn't work out
Zanna wrote “I AM” in January 2020. He had just finished recording a first version when he flew to Paris to meet a producer he had admired for years, about a possible collaboration. Nothing came of it. He returned to Arizona anyway — and started producing dance music again, after fifteen years of writing freedom songs.

But I came home and I started making dance records again, after fifteen years of writing something else entirely. That trip gave me nothing I went there for, and everything I actually needed. That is why the song is called what it is called. Going was my destiny — not to meet anyone, but to believe in these songs.”

Six years later, the record he brought home from that trip is airing on 510 stations worldwide.
Four countries on one dance network
Zanna Records releases are now detected across four signals of Cadena Dance, the Radio FM Dance network, which broadcasts a mix of 80s, 90s, 2000s and current dance around the clock: Cadena Dance Peru (Lima), Cadena Dance Mexico (Mexico City), Cadena Dance Bolivia (Santa Cruz de la Sierra), and Cadena Dance USA (New York). All four detections are confirmed by both WARM and Songstats.
Latin America has become one of the label's strongest regions. Beyond the Cadena Dance signals, Zanna Records airs on 30 stations in Brazil, six in Medellín alone, and in Peru, Bolivia, Mexico, Colombia and across Central America through its distribution partner Kasimu.
Brasília joins after thirty Brazilian stations
Rádio JK FM broadcasts on 102.7 across Brasília and the Federal District, owned by Organizações Paulo Octávio. On air since 1 August 2002, the station built its identity in Taguatinga — the largest satellite city in the DF — and is among the most powerful signals in the region, known for unusually high listener loyalty.
It is the thirtieth Brazilian station to carry Zanna Records music, and the first outside the São Paulo, Campinas, Porto Alegre and Santos corridor, opening the capital as a new market for the label.
Streaming and audience
Zanna's YouTube channel has passed 58,100 subscribers and 44.8 million lifetime views, up from 36.8 million in July. On YouTube Music he reaches a monthly audience of 1.79 million.
His newest single, “Cuba Libre (Rising)” — featuring Rudy Sarzo, Robert Sarzo and Jizzy Pearl — has drawn 943,000 plays. Zanna ranks in the top 5% of streamed songwriters worldwide.
